Very bad experience, the bouquet was quite small, it dried up in two days. The company refused to make a refund and pick up the bouquet. I will never order flowers from this company.
I warn people against buying flowers from your company because your flowers don't match the pictures you post. I took many photos of the bouquet from all sides. And that one photo of you, taken from a close distance and the best angle, does not say anything. In the centre of the bouquet were old brown mimosa branches. The bouquet did not meet my expectations, but also the advertisement on your website. I just wasted money.

Flowers delivered after few hours, excelent condition and amazing fresh flowers! Price really good! What can a client ask more than this? Thank you so much for your service!

Flowers received were definitely better looking than in the online photos. Plus, the same-day delivery was great too, especially since I'm based on the outskirts of London.

I received wonderful service from the Flower Station, They were professional, pleasant and helpful, The Bouquet delivered to my Daughter was beautifully presented and fresh, I only ordered at 4.30am and they were delivered at 13.30pm the same day that's great service, I will definitely buy from them again. Honestly I have been getting my flowers from Flower Station and they continue to show how amazing they are! Their flowers are always impressive but when you have a problem they really do go the extra mile. I can't fault them in any way! Thank you for making every delivery special :)

Ordered same-day delivery to my sister in law’s office (clearly marked as a firm of solicitors, not a residential address) at 10:15am today. Got a ‘delivery update’ telling me it was out for delivery at 5:58pm. It was then deemed “delivered” after office closed and staff have gone home at 6:15pm tonight (Friday - so if the recipient ever receives them, it will be 3 days later on Monday). Not only that but the ‘delivery’ photo is a blurry picture of the delivery driver holding flowers OUSIDE certainly closed and possibly locked doors. Why did it take Flower Station 7 hours and 45 minutes to dispatch my same-day delivery?? Hugely disappointing.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers and stuffed small teddy for my wife but she did not receive the stuffed teddy.. but the bouquet was beautiful..

Kept me posted on when the delivery was expected, sent a photo of the bouquet in front of the door when nobody was around at the time of delivery

The flowers are amazing, however the Tiffany vase looks cheap with the the poorly removed sticker on the bottom, kinda spoils the amazing flowers experience
